Our Stand Up Paddling in Rio de Janeiro happens in Copacabana Beach, near the Copacabana fortress, where the waters are calm and clear. 

Option 01 : For the 01 hour practice, our instructor will give you basic information onshore, on how to stand up on the board, find your balance and then paddle. Once you are ready, you are free to go to the sea where you can paddle for 01 hour on your own. It is a great workout and a nice way to see Copacabana`s coastline. Clients can pick the schedules from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm.

Option 02: This is a 02 hours practice during Sunrise. The intructor will give a safety briefing onshore then go on the water with the group to paddle and watch the sunrise. Clients must arrive at the beach tent at 05:00 am.

Attention: If you believe you require full attention from our instructor, we suggest the sunrise experience.

Tour Program

• Customers shall meet the instructor Saulo or any other from the staff, at the address displayed on the voucher.
• The instructor will select the proper board based on the customer`s weight and height.
• Safety instructions will be given before customers can go in the water.
• Customers will paddle along the coast of copacabana beach, then will return to our headquarter after 60 minutes, for the regular tour, or after 120 minutes for the Sunrise option.

• R$ 149,00 – From 01 to 20 people (regular schedules from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm).
• R$ 299,00 – From 01 to 20 people (Sunrise schedule at 05:00 am).
